Please place your order at least 2–5 days in advance (or earlier)  to ensure flower availability and the highest quality.  Some exclusive varieties may require booking one week or more in advance.

Pick-up is available from 9:00am to 9:00pm by appointment only.

Please note: Flowers are a natural product and may vary slightly in color or shape. By placing an order, you agree that if a specific variety is unavailable, we may substitute it with the closest possible alternative of equal or higher value — always keeping the overall look, quality, and beauty of the arrangement.

Delivery: We do not offer specific time delivery, but you can indicate your preferences for morning, afternoon, or evening delivery.  Please provide us with instructions at the point of sale on what to do if no one is available to receive your gift (such as leaving it with a neighbor or in a designated area). This will help us ensure your gift is delivered safely and on time.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Each arrangement is made-to-order using fresh, natural flowers, and as such, all sales are final.
